CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery and cannot be cancelled. Should you choose to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.

CANCELLATION BY ECO CLEAN SUPPLIES

While we strive to ensure every successfully placed order is fulfilled, certain situations may require us to cancel an order. These situations include, but are not limited to:

  • Inventory Limits: Limitations on quantities available for purchase at the time of processing.
  • Address Issues: Inaccurate or insufficient delivery address details provided during checkout.
  • Availability: Products that are no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
  • Data Errors: Inaccuracies or errors identified in product pricing or descriptions.

In the event that we must cancel your order, we will contact you within 2 business days. Depending on your preference and the situation, we will offer you the option to exchange the item, receive a full refund, or proceed with the cancellation of the order.
